About Xavier

Xavier Zamarron is a Marine veteran 🇺🇸, a talented mariachi musician (playing since the age of 5!), and a proud San Diego native. Having served in the Marine Corps in San Diego, Xavier experienced homeownership firsthand when he bought his first home while on active duty. On weekends, he worked as a general contractor, building a deep understanding of real estate from the ground up. Fascinated by passive income and the power of real estate, he transitioned from general contracting to becoming a full-time Real Estate Agent.

Through his experience in construction, real estate economics, and the technical aspects of homeownership, Xavier realized his true calling—helping others, especially those in the military community, navigate the home-buying and selling process. He quickly recognized that many service members are unaware of the benefits available to them, such as the VA Home Loan, and made it his mission to educate and guide military families toward financial security through homeownership.

With a sole focus on serving first-time military home buyers and sellers, Xavier is committed to placing 200,000 military families into homeownership by 2035. No matter the time or place, he is dedicated to getting the job done and making homeownership a reality for those who serve.
